Ordered two pairs of glasses. One was out of stock, cancelled. Received a refund upon chasing. Other pair was a different to description. Sent back. They confirmed I would be refunded....... shocker, no refund. Email them, only to be told I have had the refund (clearly for one pair of glasses).
Trying to deal with this company is a waste of time. Going to have to do chargeback. AVOID!!

So, I left a review 2 days ago, warning all non UK consumers to be aware, cause you will get charged an additional customs or import fee by FedEx. Same day I received a message from Fashion Eyewear:

So, to my best knowledge I provided them, through an external link, which I received from Trustpilot, with my order number, name and e-mailaddress. No reply. I doubt if they will. So once more, BE AWARE! BE WARE! Not a UK resident? You WILL get charged with an additional import fee by FedEx!

I purchased and Fashion Eyewear received money for a pair of Prada Sunglasses AUD$306.50 through Paypal. They could not deliver as promised so i requested a full refund including any fees as it was not a fault on my part that they could not deliver. I received a notification from payal for AUD$315.25. I actually received AUD$291.34. This does not add up. How is it possible that through no fault of mine an organisation didn't deliver yet i'm short-changed. Do not trust this site as someone is making money from no supplying items. I will be lodging a complaint against this company through the ACCC in Australia to encourage the Australian Government to stop this sort of scam!

I'm normally careful buying online but only found all these bad reviews after I had multiple delays in Fashion Eyewear sending the glasses I ordered.
They were never in stock when I ordered. My tip is to avoid Fashion Eyewear.
If you must try your luck with them, pay via PAYPAL as it was easy to claim the full refund.
Edit: I'm updating this review as Fashion Eyewear flagged to have my review verified. I see many people have had trouble claiming a refund (or given less than they paid) from Fashion Eyewear.
My point "pay with PAYPAL" has obviously touched a nerve as they must pay the FULL amount quickly.
A very simple process to lodge a dispute and a few days later, your money is back.

Worst company i have delt with, been waiting for almost a month and after so long they sent me a mail saying they dont have the glasses in stock and havent been sent i was so frustruted. Tried to contact them several times after a few days i made the purchase but no one got back to me ????, i will never shop with them ever again.

I received glasses yesterday and am very pleased with my Ray Ban frames. The lenses are good also. I bought from them because the selected frame was hard to get elsewhere, and the price was lower. I contacted them several times due to concern about the delivery date and they were always responsive.
My only concern is they over promise and under deliver on processing times. The state 7-10 days and it appears to be regularly about 30 days to ship prescription orders.

Horrible horrible company. I ordered sunglasses at the end of June and I am STILL WAITING! Cannot get in touch with them through phone so I had to resort to email. They keep giving me the run around. First it was 4-6 weeks delivery because the frames were out of stock. Now it’s that the supplier is still making the frames and they cannot give me an exact date of delivery. Complete bs. I paid 250 dollars for these glasses. They had no problem charging my card though! If you can get your glasses from somewhere else I strongly suggest you do! Very disappointed.
